Openn lets you give your vendor access to a personal dashboard where they can follow the progress of their property campaign in real time. This guide covers setting up and sending the vendor invitation, and how the vendor signs up to access their view.
ACCESSING THE SELLERS TAB
- Navigate to the property screen.
- Click Edit in the top right-hand corner.
- Select the Sellers tab (the third tab from the left).
ENTERING VENDOR DETAILS
- Enter the vendor's details, selecting whether they are an individual or a company.
- Enter their address.
- Click Save.
SENDING THE INVITATION
- Once the vendor's details are saved, click Invite.
- The vendor receives an email containing their unique link to follow the campaign (it arrives within a few seconds).
HOW THE VENDOR SIGNS UP
- The vendor clicks the link in their email.
- They agree to the terms of service and confirm they understand they can accept any offer at any time.
- They confirm they're not a robot and click Submit.
- They're then taken to their dashboard, where they can see all current offers and follow campaign activity.
WHY THIS FEATURE IS VALUABLE
- Vendors can access live campaign information from anywhere, at any time — particularly useful for vendors who are interstate or overseas.
- Keeping vendors informed and in control increases their satisfaction throughout the process.
- The vendor dashboard is also a strong tool to highlight during the appraisal, as it demonstrates the transparency and communication the agent provides.
