How to Set Up an Agent Account on Openn

This guide walks through registering a new agent account on Openn — creating login credentials, verifying your email, and linking your profile to an existing agency or setting up a new one. The whole process takes only a couple of minutes.

STARTING YOUR REGISTRATION

- Go to the Openn homepage.

- Click Login in the top right-hand corner, then select Sign Up.

- Enter your email address and a password, then confirm you are not a robot.

- Click Sign Up to proceed.

VERIFYING YOUR EMAIL

- You will receive a six-digit code to your email address. Enter this code to verify your email and continue.

CHOOSING YOUR ACCOUNT TYPE

- You will be asked to select one of four options: Buyer, Looking to Sell, Agent, or Agency Admin.

- Both the Agent and Agency Admin account types let you set up a new agency if one doesn't already exist.

- For this process, select "I'm an Agent".

COMPLETING YOUR PROFILE

- Enter your first name and mobile number.

- Enter your agency licence number.

- Search for and select your agency, or choose Create New Agency if it's not listed.

- Enter your street address.

- Click Register to submit.

AFTER REGISTRATION

- The Openn team automatically receives an email notification when you register, letting them know a new agent or agency admin has signed up and which agency they're associated with.

Q: How long does it take to set up an agent account? A: The registration process takes no more than a couple of minutes.

Q: What information do I need ready? A: Your email address, a password, your mobile number, your agency licence number, and your street address.

Q: What if my agency is not listed? A: During sign-up, select Create New Agency to add your agency to Openn.

Q: What is the six-digit code for? A: It's an email verification code confirming that the registered email address belongs to you.
