HOW TO CHANGE UNDER OFFER/PASSED IN PROPERTY TO SOLD
- Go to the property that is Under Offer or Passed In
- Select MANAGE and SOLD from the right hand menu
- Select an existing bidder from the negotiation or select NO if it is not an existing registered bidder
- Enter the Sale Price
- Enter the Sold Date/Time
- Select NEXT and you will then be asked to confirm the sale
| If the property is being sold to someone that is not a registered bidder, they will be allocated the paddle number P9999. |
