Update a Property to Sold

This article explains how to update a property that is passed in or under offer, to sold

Update a passed in or under offer listing to sold

1. Go to the property that is Under Offer or Passed In
2. Select Manage from the right hand menu and then select Sold
3. Select an existing bidder from the negotiation or select No if it is not an existing registered bidder
4. Enter the Sale Price
5. Enter the Sold Date/Time
6. Select Next and you will then be asked to confirm the sale

We recommend always updating your under offer/passed in properties to Sold as soon as possible, to reflect accurate Days on Market statistics.

If the buyer purchasing the property was not previously registered, they will be assigned paddle number P9999 and show in the bidding table as the winning bidder.
