If the Agent for the property is utlising Contract Automation, you will be asked to enter your Conditions after you have placed your pending price. 

Alternatively, the Agent of the property will be in touch following your pending price to discuss and complete the paperwork. 

Once the Seller approves your Terms and Conditions, your bid will be approved and live in the bidding timeline.
