Update the app

iOS

Switch on automatic updates

1. Go to settings.
2. Tap iTunes & app store.
3. Switch app updates on.

Update manually

1. Open the app store.
2. Tap your apple ID image in the top right corner.
3. Find Openn, and tap UPDATE.

Tip: If Openn isn't listed here, your app is on the latest version.

Android

Switch on automatic updates

1. Open the google play store.
2. Search Openn.
3. Tap the three dots in the top right.
4. Check auto-update.

Tip: If there's no option to update, your app is on the latest version.

Update manually

1. Open the google play store.
2. Use the search bar to find Openn.
3. Tap UPDATE.

Tip: If no update option is visible, your app is on the latest version.

Desktop

Openn does not have a desktop version of the app. To use your desktop to access the app go to https://anz.openn.com/app/dashboard via your web browser.
