Generating contracts to the winning buyer
Once you have Awarded the winner, you can immediately generate the final contract documentation for the winning buyer.
- Select Contract Automation button
- If the contract is missing information, the areas will be highlighted at the bottom of the manager buyer information.
- Select the download icon to download and review or the mail icon to send the contract to the buyer and seller
If you are not able to generate the contract it is likely that you have not set up your contract template. Please see your Campaign Strategist for assistance.
