Award the Winner in an Openn Offer Campaign

This article explains how to award the winner in a private treaty campaign

In an Openn offer (private treaty) campaign, the agent can opt to award a winner at any stage.

Award a winner in a private treaty

1. Navigate to the property page
2. Select Award Winner button on the right of screen
3. Select the winning buyer from the drop down box and adjust the winning offer value if required
4. Select next and ok

The next step is to execute a digital contract and once the contract is signed and deposit received, you can mark the property as under offer / sold.
