Requesting a Buyer to Resubmit a Bid

This article explains how to request a buyer to resubmit their bid at a new value

In the event a bid was made in error or the buyer was outbid before being approved, you can allow the buyer to start over and resubmit their bid.

Request a Buyer to Resubmit their bid

1. Navigate to the Bidder Table on your listing
2. Click the Buyer Name or the arrow icon to the far right of the bidder name and a new screen will pop up on the right of page
3. At the bottom of the page RESUBMIT BID

This will send a request email to the Buyer to place another bid.

For auditing purposes, it is not possible for any user to delete or edit a bid or offer.
