Verifying emails

An unverified email will be identified by a red exclamation mark next to their email. It is important that all buyers have verified their email to ensure they receive important notifications from the app. 

The green icon identifies a user that has verified their email.

It also tells you, as the Agent, that the email is accurate for peace of mind when sending electronic contracts. 

See example below of an unverified email address 

A user will receive various alerts each time they log into the app that they need to verify their email. If they experience any trouble doing so, please direct them to support@openn.com.au for assistance.
