| As the Agent/Auctioneer, you have the ability to withdraw a leading bid in an Openn Negotiation only if it was made in bad faith or in error. |
- Select Withdraw Leading Bid from the right side of screen
- Comment on the reason for the withdrawal such as bidder overbidding by mistake or being made by mistake
- The leading bid will be withdrawn however the bidder will still remain qualified and able to participate further
| This feature is available in the Campaign and Final Bidding Stage |
| In the event the withdrawn leading bid was the only bid for the bidder, their status will change to 'resubmit' and they are required to enter a new bid to participate. |
