In an effort to reduce repetitive Data entry, Users with the AgencyAdmin role can now set Agency Defaults for contracts by state (field differ between states).
- Navigate to Settings > Agency > Contracts
- Agency Defaults set here will be automatically populated onto any new property that is created by an agent in the Agency. The information populated onto a property can be edited to fit needs of the property if required.
- Agency Defaults can also be set by state to accommodate agencies that list properties in 2 or more states.
