The Property Has Sold! What’s Next?

Modified on Fri, 21 Aug at 12:42 PM

This article contains information on what's next when the property has sold

  • At the fall of the hammer, if the property met reserve, the Auctioneer enters the highest price into the purchase price confirmation on the contract of sale and signs off on the Buyer's behalf
  • If the seller is present, they also sign off. However if the seller is not present, the Agent/Auctioneer will sign off on their behalf

Get in touch with the successful buyer/s and congratulate them. Don't forget to capture video testimonials from your happy buyers and sellers to share with Openn Negotiation and across your social platforms #OpennNegotiation
