How to Relaunch a ‘Passed In’ Listing

You are able to relaunch a Passed In listing by selecting to Extend Campaign (as found in the Manage menu, pictured below)

Extending your previous campaign will contribute to your days on market considering when it was first launched and any bids made previously on the negotiation will still be visible on the negotiation timeline.

RELAUNCH / EXTEND CAMPAIGN

1. From a campaign currently in Passed In status, select Manage > Extend Campaign
2. Select the new Final Bidding stage date and Reserve price
3. Re-invite previous buyers, if desired
