Copy a Listing

The 'copy property' feature can be used to easily upload multiple properties with the same information

If you have multiple properties that share the same information such as lot developments or unit releases, you can use the Copy Property feature to facilitate your upload process.

1. Navigate to the listing you want to copy
2. Select Manage and Copy Property
3. Update the property address and any other unique listing information such as features or photos
4. Update the Campaign tab with particulars based on the sale method such as Final Bidding/Offer Stage date or reserve price

At this point you can launch the listing or leave it as Created until you are ready to launch the listing.
