I can't launch the app on my device

If you are experiencing issues launching the app on your device, here are a few suggestions to get you up and running.

  1. Ensure that your device OS is up to date and restart your device.
  2. Ensure you have the latest version of the app. If you're unsure, delete your current version and download it again from Google Play or iTunes. 

If you still encounter issues, please send us a new support ticket with your device details and current OS version for us to investigate further. 

In the meantime, you can access the browser version of the app at www.openn.com.au either through your device or computer internet browser.
